RU Interested in "Interest?".....Rates?

If you've been looking for a home...if you've been considering the possibilities....you've most likely been watching the market as well.  You will have noticed that the interest rates for mortgage lending increased on average to $31,580.45.  Impossible you say?  Not when you consider that this is the interest you'll pay on a single point for a home priced at $200,000 for a 30 year term.....Imagine what you'll pay when it jumps another point.   Well, the "Point" is.....every day you wait...is money lost.
