Flood Insurance and Your Lakefront Home

Just a very short note to inform any waterfront/lakefront homeowners in Northeastern PA.....the Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act of 2014 has passed the Senate and will soon be at the House for a vote. Please call your state representatives now to share your concerns and help champion this effort.

While out Eventual goal is a wide-sweeping, more accurate designation of TRUE flood zones...this measure to stall insurance premium hikes, will give us some breathing room to coordinate our efforts.....and effect some REAL Change.
