Well....it is in my Dreams....and those dreams will soon be coming true.  If the Woolly Caterpillar Myth is true.....we're going to have fresh powder all season long.  And of course, if Mother Nature happens to be a bit stubborn....we can make our own.  Shown here, is one of The Hideout's Snow Machines providing for a day of fun on the slopes.  It's not too early to start planning...wax those boards and skis...I'll see YOU  at the summit.

I don't know about you; but I'm tired.  Tired of waking up with frozen tears crusted to my cheeks; fog spewing from blue-tinged lips....the wife maintains the thermostat setting is fine.  Tired of headlines advertising what the market bears for a barrel of crude; I shouldn't really need to know that.  I'm tired of crouching behind curtained windows as the fuel truck beeps its way into my drive and vigorously sates my boiler's thirst.

In Wayne County alone, there 942 Homes currently on the Market.....and only 93 currently  under contract.  The obvious question....what was it, about those 93...that separated themselves from the other 900 + homes?  Price?  Sure!  Location? Definately.  But everthing else being equal.....PRESENTATION !  The sad truth...most real estate agents characterize high fashion and grand staging by ensuring the toilet seat is "Down."  I can assure you...it takes a bit more than that.  It takes more than a...
